No interest if monthly payments are made. 7% interest if monthly payments are not paid.
If lease is not prepaid, monthly payments are required.

New owner has to be registered and current with monthly payments and membership to Artists 4 Humanity.
All gardens are only available to members of Gardens Oasis.
